TA teams want to get ahead of the game and be ready for when hiring demand is back to normal. Their priorities may be different this year to suit this main aim. Below are some of talent acquisitions main priorities for the new year and how they may differ from our goals in 2020.
Pandemic or not, ‘in-demand talent’ are the people who are in jobs, not in the market, don’t care about your job descriptions, and need to be nurtured in a different way, sometimes over a number of years if you want a constant stream of hires.
