Candidate.ID Announces Integration With SAP SuccessFactors

Glasgow-based recruitment technology start-up, Candidate.ID, has been investing in their product this summer to further the integration compatibility of the platform. The company has just announced their integration with SAP SuccessFactors this week, which will see huge benefits for those in the SuccessFactors community.

This integration emulates the work they have already done with SmartRecruiters, having completed that integration in February this year. These integrations have been enabling more connectivity for customers, whilst offering them a huge competitive advantage.

Candidate.ID was founded in 2015 and produces software that provides recruiters with information based on candidates’ interactions with a company’s online content. The software is aimed at assisting specialist staffing companies and larger employers, potentially replacing customer relationship management systems.

With a range of time and cost-saving smart features including candidate sourcing, recruitment analytics, candidate management and email marketing, Candidate. ID’s goal is to ease the recruitment process. 

Current customers include several FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies including Specsavers, Nielsen, BUPA, and Thermo Fisher Scientific. 

The integration will allow existing SucccessFactors users to directly connect it with Candidate.ID. Users will be able to filter their talent pipelines on candidates’ engagement points so that they know which are ‘hire-ready’ AND a strong match against the job they’re hiring for.
