European retailer achieves 100% engagement with Candidate.ID

Leading international optical retailer chain Specsavers has achieved 100% candidate engagement rates by using the Candidate.ID platform to distribute its Green Club community content to candidates across Europe, Asia and Australasia.

Notifications about new content are sent on a regular basis to candidates who have previously registered for updates. As Candidate.ID allows recruiters to easily identify who engage with emails and text messages, it means that content can be sent again to those who missed the original email. Alternatively, it can be sent to a different channel such as mobile phone.

This insight into candidate behaviour means that 100% of candidates who register for updates have engaged with content that has been sent.
