William suggests that quality candidates want a journey that makes sense – make the path clear to them. Good communication, personalisation, and transparency are also key. Treat candidates the way you would want to be treated and communicate with them.

Scot suggests that if you’re going to do this manually then it’s going to be a huge task for recruiters and may seem like a burden. William disagrees and says it’s actually more of an obligation for recruiters to communicate with candidates.

Overall, we have some learning to do when it comes to quality candidates.
